thriftsouk is the United Arab Emirates' marketplace for pre-loved and second-hand fashion. We connect buyers and sellers across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain — with secure AED checkout, Aramex courier delivery, and buyer protection on every order.
Every listing comes from a real wardrobe in the UAE. You'll find designer pieces, vintage finds, everyday staples, fragrances, and luxury bags at a fraction of retail. Shopping second-hand keeps quality fashion in circulation, saves water and CO2, and gives you access to pieces you won't find in mainstream stores.
Your payment is held securely until you confirm the item matches its description. If anything is wrong — wrong size, undisclosed flaws, not authentic — open a dispute within 48 hours of delivery and we refund you in full, at no extra fee.
List a piece in under two minutes from your phone. Aramex collects the parcel from your door once it sells, and you get paid as soon as the buyer confirms delivery. Founding Sellers keep 100% of every sale, for life.
These Terms of Service govern your use of thriftsouk — the website, mobile apps and any related services. By creating an account, listing an item or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. The Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
You can list any pre-loved fashion item you legally own and are entitled to sell — clothing, shoes, bags, accessories, fragrances. You can't list counterfeit goods, items obtained illegally, weapons, controlled substances, or anything prohibited by UAE law. Listings must be accurate, in English (or Arabic where supported), and contain real photos of the actual item.
All transactions are processed in AED through our payment partners. Buyers pay a Buyer Protection fee on top of the item price. Sellers receive their payout after the buyer confirms delivery, minus any applicable commission. Disputes are handled through the in-app dispute centre and decisions issued by thriftsouk are final for platform-level remedies.
thriftsouk may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law — including selling counterfeit goods, harassing other users, attempting to take transactions off-platform, or abusing Buyer Protection. Suspended users may appeal through the support team.
