Anyone in the UAE can browse without an account. To buy, you'll need to sign up, add a delivery address inside one of the seven emirates, and pay with a UAE-issued card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Every order is covered by our Buyer Protection programme — funds are held in escrow until you confirm the item matches its description, with a 48-hour window to open a dispute after delivery.
Listing is free. You'll need a UAE bank account in your name for payouts and a quick KYC verification (Emirates ID or passport). Founding Sellers — the first 1,000 wardrobes on the platform — keep 100% of every sale, for life. After that, sellers pay a small commission per transaction; there are no monthly fees or listing fees.
Aramex collects from the seller and delivers to the buyer's door within 1–3 business days for same-emirate orders and 2–5 days across emirates. Every parcel is tracked in-app. Returns aren't accepted for change-of-mind, but full refunds are issued whenever an item doesn't match its listing — wrong size against the stated measurements, undisclosed flaws, or non-authentic luxury pieces.
Disputes are handled by a dedicated UAE-based moderation team, usually within 48 hours of being opened. Evidence (photos, chat history, order details) is reviewed on both sides before a decision is issued.
