When you pay, your funds are held in a secure escrow account — the seller doesn't receive the money until you confirm the item matches its description. This protects you against items that arrive damaged, fakes, wrong-size items, or parcels that never arrive at all.
Buyer Protection guarantees a full refund if the item is significantly different from the listing, undisclosed flaws are present, the item is not authentic (for pieces advertised as authentic), the parcel doesn't arrive within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, or it's damaged in transit by the courier. You have 48 hours from delivery to inspect the item and raise a dispute if anything is wrong.
Opening a dispute takes one tap from your Orders page. Upload photos showing the issue, describe what doesn't match the listing, and submit. Our UAE-based moderation team reviews both sides and typically issues a decision within 48 hours. If the dispute is upheld in your favour, you receive a full refund — item price, shipping and protection fee — back to your original payment method.
