Our logistics partner Aramex handles every collection and delivery, with real-time tracking inside the app for both parties. Same-emirate orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days; cross-emirate orders take 2–5 business days. Sellers have up to 3 business days from confirmed sale to hand the parcel to Aramex.
Shipping is paid by the buyer and calculated based on the item's weight category — light (under 1 kg), medium (1–3 kg) or heavy (above 3 kg) — and the distance between emirates. Domestic fees typically range from AED 10 to AED 30 and are shown clearly at checkout before payment. Promotional free-shipping campaigns run during key UAE retail moments such as White Friday, Ramadan and back-to-school.
Sellers are responsible for packaging items securely. Clothing must be clean, folded and protected from moisture. Shoes ship in their original box where possible, and luxury bags should travel with dust bags and any original packaging. Fragrances must be sealed and packed with cushioning. Pro Sellers can request branded thriftsouk packaging at no extra cost.
Every shipment is tracked end-to-end. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact our support team via the in-app help centre with the order ID; we coordinate the claim with Aramex and issue a full refund through Buyer Protection if the parcel can't be recovered. Buyers have 48 hours from delivery to inspect the item and open a dispute if anything doesn't match the listing.
