Every listing comes from a real wardrobe in the UAE. You'll find designer pieces, vintage finds, everyday staples, fragrances, and luxury bags at a fraction of retail. Shopping second-hand keeps quality fashion in circulation, saves water and CO2, and gives you access to pieces you won't find in mainstream stores.
Your payment is held securely until you confirm the item matches its description. If anything is wrong — wrong size, undisclosed flaws, not authentic — open a dispute within 48 hours of delivery and we refund you in full, at no extra fee.
List a piece in under two minutes from your phone. Aramex collects the parcel from your door once it sells, and you get paid as soon as the buyer confirms delivery. Founding Sellers keep 100% of every sale, for life.
thriftsouk operates under UAE federal data-protection law. We collect only what's necessary to run a safe marketplace — your account details, delivery address, payment information processed by our payment partners, and the messages you exchange with other users. We never sell personal data to third parties and we never use it for advertising outside the platform.
Account data (name, email, phone) is needed to identify you and contact you about orders. Delivery addresses are shared only with the seller of a confirmed order and our courier partner. Payment data is tokenised by Stripe and never touches our own servers in raw form. Chat history is retained to support moderation and dispute resolution.
You can access, export and delete your personal data at any time from the privacy section of your account settings. Deleting your account removes your personal data within 30 days, with limited exceptions for legally-required retention (financial records, dispute evidence). You can also withdraw marketing consent independently of using the platform.
