Your payment is held securely until you confirm the item matches its description. If anything is wrong — wrong size, undisclosed flaws, not authentic — open a dispute within 48 hours of delivery and we refund you in full, at no extra fee.

thriftsouk is a marketplace built on trust between thousands of buyers and sellers across the UAE. Our Community Guidelines exist to keep every interaction safe, respectful and honest — and to make sure both sides feel confident transacting with strangers.
Every photo must be of the actual item you're selling. Every condition note must reflect reality — visible wear, missing tags, repairs or imperfections must be disclosed. Counterfeit, replica and "inspired by" listings are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account suspension. Pricing must be set by you, the seller, free of external manipulation.
Treat every buyer and seller with respect. Harassment, hate speech, abusive language and unsolicited personal messages will result in warnings, suspensions or permanent bans. Don't share personal contact details (phone numbers, social handles, addresses) in chat — keep conversations on-platform so our moderation and dispute system can protect you.
All payments must happen through thriftsouk. Asking a buyer or seller to pay outside the platform removes their Buyer Protection and is a serious violation that ends in account termination. Sellers caught attempting off-platform transactions lose access to payouts and are permanently banned.
